Electromuse was a Chicago based builder of student grade lap steel guitars. They also built guitars, aftermarket guitar pickups and amplifiers as well.
This paddle shaped lap steel guitar features a solid wood mahogany body, a plexiglass fingerboard and a plexiglass nut. The cord is permanently hard wired to the guitar and there is no jack plug.
The patented "Eye Beam" branded electro magnetic pickup produces a pleasing tone suitable for Hawaiian style music.
