How cool is this…A solid maple, string thru body, red colored lap steel, with a Rickenbacker horseshoe magnet pickup!
Electro was a less expensive, student model brand manufactured and distributed by Rickenbacker. It was made in the same factory using cheaper parts and construction methods.
This guitar features straight line body sides with bevels around the fingerboard. A one piece triangular control plate for volume and control knobs, and white block markers.
Red wooden legs were optional for those not wanting to play the steel on their lap!
